Introduction

Evil Con Carne was a kind of humorous look inside the kind of global-domination conspiracy usually found in James Bond movies. Ths series mainly involved supervillain Hector Con Carne hatching plans to take over the world from his secret island lair, largely undeterred by the fact that a commando raid had left him nothing but a brain in a jar attached to a circus bear.
